Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Harborlight Nest Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around San Jose, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to online orders. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on online orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
