Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Umber Inspection Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to certifications. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on certifications. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
