Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Pike Early Learning and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
