Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Ironwood Orchard Telecom provides broadband and phone service around San Antonio, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to outage reports. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on outage reports. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
