Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Rivermark Vale Property Management Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease renewals. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
