Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Bluepeak Thistle Learning Group Partners runs classrooms and tutoring across the Baltimore area, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Families are partners. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to learning materials. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
