Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Lumen Yarrow Inspection Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client sites. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
