Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Stone Freight Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
