Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Westbrook Linden Facilities is a facilities company in Boston with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to safety inspections. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on safety inspections. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
