Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Amberfield Lakeside Legal Group is a law firm in Milwaukee serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to court deadlines. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on court deadlines. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
