Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Amberfield Basin Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in New Orleans with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to group events. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on group events. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
