Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Cedar Birch Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around San Antonio. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to contractor visits. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on contractor visits. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
