Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Harborlight Nest Community Partners is a nonprofit in St. Louis supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client intake. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client intake. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
