Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Harborlight Ashton Health Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 930 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient scheduling. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
