Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Bright Field Housing Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to waiting lists. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on waiting lists. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
