Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Bluepeak Quarry Hospitality is a hospitality company in Des Moines with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 278 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food costs. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on food costs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
