Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Cobalt Property Management and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
