Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Basin Legal Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
