Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Stonegate Bridge Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Minneapolis with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 956 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to weigh tickets. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on weigh tickets. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
