Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Redstone Bright Insurance is an insurance company in Kansas City with claims and service teams, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to policy renewals. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on policy renewals. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
