Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Silverline Bright Community Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client intake. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client intake. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
