Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Ironwood Oak Health is a healthcare provider in Rochester with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to electronic records. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on electronic records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
