Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Health Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 425 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient scheduling. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
