Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Redstone Hollow Inspection Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to test reports. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on test reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
