Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Yarrow Inspection Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to test reports. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
