Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Nova Sable Early Learning is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to tuition and subsidies. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
