Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Silverline Bridge Freight is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tracking. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tracking. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
