Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Fernwood Quarry Telecom is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 96 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to outage reports. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
