Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Harborlight Mill Care Services supports families and individuals in Virginia Beach with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to caregiver training. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on caregiver training. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
