Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Amberfield Sparrow Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Dallas. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 138 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tracking. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tracking. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
