Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Lumen Thistle Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Atlanta area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to school calendars. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on school calendars. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
