Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Fernwood Wilder Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Birmingham. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to catastrophe response. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
