Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Bright Granite Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Boise region. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to candidate screening. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on candidate screening. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
