Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Greenridge Stone Freight is a Anchorage logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to carrier rates. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on carrier rates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
