Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Granite Staffing and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to candidate screening. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on candidate screening. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
