Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Foxglove Vista Learning Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Families are partners. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to learning materials. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
