Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Nova Beacon Financial is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to regulatory reports. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
