Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Greenridge Cedar Legal Group provides legal services in Minneapolis across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to court deadlines. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on court deadlines. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
