Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Lumen Cedar Banking Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to card disputes. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
