Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge North Insurance and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
