Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Bluepeak Granite Financial serves customers across Minneapolis with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor spend. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor spend. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
