Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Summit Glen Environmental Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
