Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Foxglove Meridian Health provides primary and specialty care in New Orleans, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to referrals. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on referrals. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
