Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Bluepeak Umber Legal Group provides legal services in Honolulu across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to document review. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on document review. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
