Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Lumen Thistle Early Learning runs childcare centres in Spokane caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
