Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Amberfield Vale Property Management is a Las Vegas property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor invoices. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
