Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Northwind Rook Community Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client intake. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
