Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Drift Health and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to clinic supplies. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
