Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Ironwood Harbor Health Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to insurance authorisations. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
