Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Lumen Nest Markets is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to store inventory. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on store inventory. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
